It's beautiful but definitely looks like it needs some love and attention!
Beautifully observed degredation and architectural splendour that leaps from each and every pixel. The broken glass adds so much to the composition, as does the light. Superb, Charles

Colonial styles are very interesting considering the exported styles having to merge with the vernacular and local conditions.
this image has a sense of mystery!
Lovely bit of cast-iron work - probably shipped out from England as ballast!

I can well see the hand of craftsmen from our former Empire in this.
Great pattern detail and worn, it would not look the same all painted and clean.

There was an awful lot of work put in to carving those lovely panels under the windows Charles.
