While on holiday in Boston and New Hampshire this year I took a trip down to the La Salette Shrine in Attleboro, MA for their annual light display. Their Festival of Lights runs from November 25-Jan 2 and features over 300,000 lights on about 10 acres of land. Besides the lights, the nativity, the angels and stars, and the warm cups of cocoa, children can also ride the carousel. It was not moving particularly fast so the long-exposure perhaps makes it look faster than it was. Nonetheless I rather like the way this one turned out and you can see some of the lights up in the trees back behind it. It was a particularly cold night, and I doubt that going for a ride on this would do anything to help that!
